Just a note to thank you for your extremely efficient and reliable delivery to and from Bristol Airport. The timely and safe transportation to and from the home airport is obviously of the most importance and will make or break the holiday. The whole party was thoroughly impressed with the service you provided, especially considering the late arrival back in the UK as a result of diverting action to Cardiff. I have never trusted that part of the holiday to a third party before but will have no hesitation in recommending and indeed using your company again. You thoroughly deserve to do well.
