‘I booked taxis Airport Travel South West to take some conference speakers from London Heathrow to the University of Exeter. Not only were ATSW the most reasonably priced option, they also proved to be an incredibly professional and courteous group of drivers. Even after one of the speakers mistakenly went to the wrong collection point, Clive waited for an additional two hours to ensure the passenger was found and made it to their destination. Not only this, he did it with an air of calm and good-humour that helped defuse the situation greatly and I cannot express how grateful I was for the manner in which he approached the problem.

I will definitely be using ATSW again in the future- they were absolutely faultless and happy to go above and beyond without hesitation.’

Good morning,

I wanted to write and thank all of you for the quite amazing service you have provided to our students during the last two or three weeks, and especially last week when it seemed the target was forever moving and changing.  Getting them all safely home to their parents appeared to be a nigh-on impossible jigsaw.

We have had so many emails of thanks from them and their parents, and you helped to make it happen. The fact that you all managed to stay patient and good humoured with the many MANY changes of bookings has also been wonderful. So thank you on both a professional level from Pippa’s Guardians, and on a personal level from Annabel and I for being so great to work with.

Regarding invoices, could you please submit these now for this month just as soon as is humanly possible – feel free to send them in when the last job for this month is complet

I just wanted to thank you for good service and the driver for being ever so helpful and friendly when taking my parents to Bristol Airport. Their first language is not English so I wondered how well they would understand each other, and whether my parents might get a bit exhausted from too much difficult conversation. However, apparently the driver stroke a brilliant balance and made my parents feel really comfortable all the way through, so we would definitely call on you again if we were to need this kind of transport.

Hi Clive,

Sorry for the delay in writing, but we’ve been busy catching up with friends and family!

We just wanted to say thank you for the drive down.  Both John and James were fantastic.  My eldest daughter (grand old age of 9!) was nervous about having someone else drive us home, but as soon as she saw John, she said ‘oh he seems really nice, I’m happy with him driving!!’   The pick up was smooth, John was very helpful and patient as we put the car seats in, the drive was fantastic and the hand over at Taunton timed perfectly.  Poor James never heard a peep out of any of us as we all promptly fell straight to sleep and didn’t wake up until a few miles from home.

After travelling over on a – sleepless- overnighter having someone drive us down was exactly what we needed.  We did the journey back in January and we had to continually swap over to stay awake and it took forever.  We are really looking forward to the drive back up now!

If possible, could we please get a receipt for the journeys as we are entitled to claim the cost back from work.

We booked an early morning departure from near Yelverton to Gatwick for a family of four with two booster seats for the boys. Clive contacted us to double-check all of the arrangements and so we were not surprised when our friendly driver arrived in plenty of time for the actual trip. The car was spotless and comfortable and the 4 hour drive passed without incident.
